“Centennial Celebration” “Hill Drug Store” “Laying Tracks in Kingsland” “Welcome to Kingsland” Royal District Mural Series The Royal District Mural Series is a compilation of historical images, brought to life by the hand of local artist Tim Bass of Folkston, Georgia.  The murals are displayed on the sides of historic buildings in downtown Kingsland for all residents and visitors to enjoy. The main focus of the series is to bring art, history and cultural heritage to the community and to aid in the preservation of the historic buildings the murals are painted on. Having such displays of artwork in a downtown district also increases foot traffic, thereby stimulating the local economy when people shop, dine and go about their daily business. Bring your camera!
